My Story

My career in the wellness sector started over 30 years ago as a registered nurse in Edinburgh. Seeing that written down, I can't quite believe where the time has gone! These days, in addition to working as a reflexologist, I'm a clinical educator specialising in the menopause and have training in cognitive behaviour therapy.

I'm passionate about taking a holistic approach to health, which is reflected when giving treatments, lifestyle advice or when giving talks. As a reflexologist, I combine this wonderful, deeply restorative and rebalancing treatment with lifestyle advice and nutritional support.

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology.

I've completed the Sally Earlam 'Reflexology for Menopause course'

I'm also a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the British Menopause Society.

Menopause Clinical Educator

I'm the founder of Let's Talk Menopause, an organisation that gives informative talks across all sectors as well as within the community. Helping women to make more informed choices and helping businesses better support their employees through this life transition. I've been invited to talk on various media platforms, including BBC Radio 4 Woman's Hour and Radio Scotland.

Further, I'm the author of Men ... Let's Talk Menopause, a book targeted at men who may be wondering what on earth is happening to the women in their lives! (I would add it's also useful for women to read too!)
